อีศวรตรัสว่า: “จงฟังเถิด โอ้เทวี เราจักประกาศมหาภาวะแห่งโยคินีทั้งหลาย—อันเป็นทิพย์ ประทานการคุ้มครองทุกประการ และทำลายความหวาดกลัวอันใหญ่หลวง”
