निषेकादिः श्मशानान्तो मन्त्रैर्यस्योदितो विधिः । तस्य शास्त्रेऽधिकारोऽस्ति ज्ञेयो नान्यस्य कस्यचित्

niṣekādiḥ śmaśānānto mantrairyasyodito vidhiḥ | tasya śāstre'dhikāro'sti jñeyo nānyasya kasyacit

ผู้ใดมีพิธีสังสการแห่งชีวิต—ตั้งแต่ปฏิสนธิเป็นต้นไปจนถึงพิธีสุดท้าย ณ ป่าช้า—ที่บัญญัติและประกอบด้วยมนตร์ ผู้นั้นเท่านั้นมีสิทธิในศาสตรานี้; มิใช่ผู้อื่นใด
