सौदास उवाच । आराधिता द्विजा विप्र भवंति सुगतिप्रदाः । असन्तुष्टा दुर्गतिदाः सद्यो मम यथा पुरा
saudāsa uvāca | ārādhitā dvijā vipra bhavaṃti sugatipradāḥ | asantuṣṭā durgatidāḥ sadyo mama yathā purā
พระเจ้าสุทาสะตรัสว่า “ดูก่อนพราหมณ์ เมื่อทวิชได้รับการบูชาและนอบน้อมตามควร เขาย่อมเป็นผู้ประทานสุคติ แต่เมื่อไม่พอใจ เขาย่อมเป็นผู้ให้ทุคติ—ดังที่เคยบังเกิดแก่เราในกาลก่อนโดยฉับพลัน”
