तर्पयंति तथा मांसैस्त्यक्ताशेषमखक्रियाः । पादुके मातृभिर्जुष्टे तथा धूपानुलेपनैः

tarpayaṃti tathā māṃsaistyaktāśeṣamakhakriyāḥ | pāduke mātṛbhirjuṣṭe tathā dhūpānulepanaiḥ

ละทิ้งพิธียัญทั้งปวงแล้ว เขาทั้งหลายยังทำตัรปณะด้วยเนื้อสัตว์; และบูชาพาทุกาอันเป็นที่โปรดของเหล่าแม่พระ (มาตฤ) ด้วยธูปและเครื่องทาเจิมหอมศักดิ์สิทธิ์ด้วย
