ในฤดูวสันต์ นางทำให้พระปารวตีพอพระทัยด้วยรำและขับร้อง สตรีผู้ทรงศีลนั้นฉันอาหารเพียงในกาลที่หกอย่างสำรวม และมุ่งมั่นในการให้ทานธัญญาหารและพืชผล
