ครั้นแล้วเมื่อได้ทอดพระเนตรเหล่าเทพทั้งนั้น เขาก็เปี่ยมด้วยปีติยิ่ง จึงสร้างปราสาท-มณฑปอันสมควรแก่ทวยเทพนั้น วางผังถูกต้องและสถาปนาอย่างมั่นคง
