salilena vinā yasmānna kriyā saṃpravartate | tasmādatra mayā kāryaḥ śucitoyo mahāhradaḥ

เพราะปราศจากน้ำแล้ว กิจกรรมทางธรรมย่อมดำเนินมิได้ ฉะนั้น ณ ที่นี้เราจักสร้างมหาสระใหญ่ให้เต็มด้วยน้ำอันบริสุทธิ์
