tasmādbhūmirmayā dattā śaṃbhuharmyakṛte tava | asminsthāne dvijaśreṣṭha prāsādaṃ kartumarhasi

“เพราะเหตุนั้น เราจึงมอบผืนดินแก่ท่าน เพื่อสร้างปราสาทมณฑปแห่งศัมภู (พระศิวะ) โอ้ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่ทวิชะ ท่านพึงสร้างปราสาทศาลเจ้า ณ สถานที่นี้เอง”
