ऋषय ऊचुः । इष्ट एव द्विजातीनां यस्त्वया शपथः कृतः । बिसस्तैन्यं हि चास्माकं तन्नूनं भवता कृतम्

ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | iṣṭa eva dvijātīnāṃ yastvayā śapathaḥ kṛtaḥ | bisastainyaṃ hi cāsmākaṃ tannūnaṃ bhavatā kṛtam

เหล่าฤๅษีกล่าวว่า: “คำปฏิญาณที่ท่านได้กระทำ ย่อมเหมาะสมแก่ผู้เป็นทวิชะ แต่การลัก ‘บิสะ’ ก้านบัวของพวกเรานั้น แน่นอนว่าท่านเป็นผู้กระทำ—ปราศจากข้อสงสัย”
