Translation

ครั้งนั้นพระพรหมผู้มีพระทัยถูกครอบงำด้วยพิโรธอันชอบธรรม ได้ทรงเรียกบรรดาประมุขตระกูลเหล่านั้นมา; และในมหาสภาที่เหล่าเทวะทั้งปวงประชุมพร้อม พระพรหมเองได้ตรัสแก่พวกเขา
