मधूक तव पुष्पेण दयितायाः समौ शुभौ । कपोलौ पांडुरच्छायौ दृष्ट्वा त्वां स्मृतिमागतौ
madhūka tava puṣpeṇa dayitāyāḥ samau śubhau | kapolau pāṃḍuracchāyau dṛṣṭvā tvāṃ smṛtimāgatau
โอ้ต้นมธุคะ ดอกของเจ้าทำให้ข้าระลึกถึงแก้มทั้งสองอันเป็นมงคลของนางผู้เป็นที่รัก—ขาวนวลละมุนและงดงาม; ครั้นได้เห็นเจ้า ความทรงจำนั้นก็หวนคืนมา
