तथा शूद्रेण संजज्ञे ब्राह्मण्यां सुरसत्तम । भिल्लाख्यश्चापि भिल्लेन चंडालश्च प्रजायते

tathā śūdreṇa saṃjajñe brāhmaṇyāṃ surasattama | bhillākhyaścāpi bhillena caṃḍālaśca prajāyate

ฉันนั้นแล ข้าแต่เทวะผู้ประเสริฐ เมื่อสตรีพราหมณ์ตั้งครรภ์ด้วยศูทร ย่อมบังเกิดบุตรที่เรียกว่า ‘ภิลละ’; และจากภิลละย่อมเกิดจัณฑาละ
