ब्रह्मोवाच । मम भक्तिपरो नित्यं वृकोऽयं दैत्यसत्तमः । पौत्रस्त्वं दयितो नित्यं तेन त्वां प्रार्थयाम्यहम्
brahmovāca | mama bhaktiparo nityaṃ vṛko'yaṃ daityasattamaḥ | pautrastvaṃ dayito nityaṃ tena tvāṃ prārthayāmyaham
พรหมาตรัสว่า “วฤกะผู้นี้ ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่ทานวะ ย่อมตั้งมั่นในภักติแด่เราเป็นนิตย์ และเจ้า หลานของเรา ก็เป็นที่รักยิ่งเสมอมา; เพราะฉะนั้นเราจึงวอนขอเจ้า”
