tato vediṃ samādhāya paitṛkīṃ dakṣiṇāplavām | tasyāṃ darbhānsamādhāya kuryāccaivāvanejanam

แล้วจึงจัดตั้งเวทีปิตฤให้ถูกต้อง โดยให้เอนสู่ทิศใต้ จากนั้นปูหญ้าดัรภะลงบนเวที และประกอบอวเนชนะ คือพิธีชำระล้างให้บริสุทธิ์
