कुरुष्वेति च तैः प्रोक्ते गत्वाग्नि शरणं ततः । अग्नये कव्यवाहनाय स्वाहेति प्रथमाहुतिः
kuruṣveti ca taiḥ prokte gatvāgni śaraṇaṃ tataḥ | agnaye kavyavāhanāya svāheti prathamāhutiḥ
เมื่อท่านทั้งหลายกล่าวว่า “จงทำเถิด” เขาจึงเข้าไปพึ่งอัคนีเป็นที่พึ่ง แล้วถวายอาหุติครั้งแรกว่า “แด่อัคนี ผู้เป็นกัวยวาหนะ—สวาหา”
