tasmādadya dine brūhi madhu yacchasi garhitam | vartate ca yathā'bhakṣyaṃ brāhmaṇānāṃ viśeṣataḥ

ฉะนั้น วันนี้โปรดตรัสบอกเถิดว่า เหตุใดพระองค์จึงถวาย “น้ำผึ้ง” อันถูกติเตียน ซึ่งถือว่าไม่ควรบริโภค โดยเฉพาะสำหรับพราหมณ์ทั้งหลาย
