तस्मिन्नहनि ये श्राद्धं पितॄनुद्दिश्य चात्मनः । करिष्यंति नरा भक्त्या ते भविष्यंति सुस्थिताः
tasminnahani ye śrāddhaṃ pitṝnuddiśya cātmanaḥ | kariṣyaṃti narā bhaktyā te bhaviṣyaṃti susthitāḥ
ในวันนั้น ชนทั้งหลายผู้ประกอบพิธีศราทธะด้วยศรัทธา อุทิศแด่ปิตฤทั้งหลายและเพื่อความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณของตน ย่อมตั้งมั่นในความเป็นสิริมงคลและความอยู่ดีมีสุข
