पितॄनुद्दिश्य यत्कव्यं ब्राह्मणेभ्यः प्रदीयते । स्नातैर्धौतांबरैर्मर्त्यैस्तद्भवेत्तृप्तिदं महत्
pitṝnuddiśya yatkavyaṃ brāhmaṇebhyaḥ pradīyate | snātairdhautāṃbarairmartyaistadbhavettṛptidaṃ mahat
กาวยะที่มอบแก่พราหมณ์โดยระลึกถึงปิตฤ—โดยมนุษย์ผู้ได้อาบน้ำและสวมผ้าสะอาด—ย่อมเป็นทานอันยิ่งใหญ่ที่บันดาลความอิ่มเอิบแก่ปิตฤทั้งหลาย
