शंख उवाच । यदि तुष्टोऽसि मे देव यदि देयो वरो मम । जायेतां तादृशौ हस्तौ यादृशो मे पुरा स्थितौ
śaṃkha uvāca | yadi tuṣṭo'si me deva yadi deyo varo mama | jāyetāṃ tādṛśau hastau yādṛśo me purā sthitau
ศังขะทูลว่า “ข้าแต่เทพ หากพระองค์พอพระทัยในข้าพระองค์ และหากจะประทานพรแก่ข้าพระองค์ ขอให้มือทั้งสองของข้าพระองค์กลับเป็นดังเดิมเหมือนครั้งก่อน”
