पुरा ह्येतन्मया प्रोक्तं सर्वेषां च द्विजन्मनाम् । एतत्पूर्वं च यच्छ्राद्धं सफलं तद्भविष्यति
purā hyetanmayā proktaṃ sarveṣāṃ ca dvijanmanām | etatpūrvaṃ ca yacchrāddhaṃ saphalaṃ tadbhaviṣyati
แท้จริง เราได้ประกาศเรื่องนี้ไว้แต่กาลก่อนแก่เหล่าทวิชาทั้งปวง และศราทธะใดที่ได้กระทำก่อนหน้านี้ (ก่อนกฎจะเปลี่ยน) ศราทธะนั้นจักมีผลและสำเร็จแน่นอน
