gocarmaṇi samālagnaḥ śuddhikāmasya tasya ca | praṣṭavyāstu tatastena sarva eva dvijottamāḥ

และสำหรับผู้ปรารถนาความบริสุทธิ์นั้น ได้ปูโคจรมะ (หนังวัว) ไว้เป็นที่รอง; แล้วเขาพึงไต่ถามพราหมณ์ผู้ประเสริฐทั้งปวงทั้งหมด
