चतुर्लक्षं समादिष्टं युगं कलिसमुद्भवम् । द्वात्रिंशता सहस्रैस्तु चतुर्थं तद्विदुर्बुधाः

Transliteration

caturlakṣaṃ samādiṣṭaṃ yugaṃ kalisamudbhavam | dvātriṃśatā sahasraistu caturthaṃ tadvidurbudhāḥ

Translation

กาลียุกะ—อันเกิดขึ้นเป็นยุคแห่งกาลี—ทรงกำหนดไว้ว่าเป็นสี่ลักษะ (ปี) และเมื่อรวมอีกสามหมื่นสองพัน (ส่วนเพิ่ม) บัณฑิตทั้งหลายย่อมรู้ว่าเป็นยุคที่สี่ตามลำดับ
