ตั้งแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไป ผู้ใดประกอบปูชา—ปูชาพร้อมมนตร์—ผู้นั้นแม้เป็นมนุษย์อยู่บนพื้นพิภพ ก็จักบรรลุฐานะเสมอด้วยเหล่าผู้อาศัยในสวรรค์อื่น ๆ
