औदुम्बर्युवाच । का शक्तिर्विद्यतेऽस्माकं कृतं सावित्रिसंभवम् । अन्यथा कर्तुमेवाद्य सर्वैरपि सुरासुरैः
audumbaryuvāca | kā śaktirvidyate'smākaṃ kṛtaṃ sāvitrisaṃbhavam | anyathā kartumevādya sarvairapi surāsuraiḥ
ออดุมบะรีกล่าวว่า “พลังอันใดเล่าที่มีในพวกเรา จะเปลี่ยนสิ่งซึ่งบังเกิดจากบัญญัติของพระสาวิตรีได้? แม้เหล่าเทวะและอสูรทั้งปวงร่วมกัน วันนี้ก็ยังทำให้เป็นอย่างอื่นมิได้”
