श्रीवासुदेव उवाच । गवां च ब्राह्मणानां च कुलमेकं द्विधा कृतम् । एकत्र मंत्रास्तिष्ठंति हविरन्यत्र तिष्ठति

śrīvāsudeva uvāca | gavāṃ ca brāhmaṇānāṃ ca kulamekaṃ dvidhā kṛtam | ekatra maṃtrāstiṣṭhaṃti haviranyatra tiṣṭhati

ศรีวาสุเทวตรัสว่า: “วงศ์แห่งโคและวงศ์แห่งพราหมณ์เป็นหนึ่งเดียว แม้ดูประหนึ่งแยกเป็นสอง; ณ ที่หนึ่งมนตร์สถิตอยู่ ณ อีกที่หนึ่งฮวิ (เครื่องบูชายัญ) สถิตอยู่”
