tataḥ papraccha lokānsa labdhvā kṛcchreṇa cetanām | kasyeyaṃ kanyakā sādhvī kimarthamiha cāgatā

แล้วเขาจึงได้สติกลับมาอย่างยากลำบาก และถามผู้คนว่า: “กุมารีผู้มีศีลนี้เป็นธิดาของผู้ใด และมาที่นี่ด้วยเหตุอันใด?”
