चक्रपाणिं च यः पश्येत्प्रातरुत्थाय मानवः । वासुदेवा समस्ताश्च तेन तत्र निरीक्षिताः

cakrapāṇiṃ ca yaḥ paśyetprātarutthāya mānavaḥ | vāsudevā samastāśca tena tatra nirīkṣitāḥ

ผู้ใดตื่นขึ้นยามรุ่งอรุณแล้วได้เฝ้าดูจักรปาณี ผู้นั้นย่อมชื่อว่าได้เห็นพระวาสุเทวะทุกปาง ณ ที่นั้นเอง
