कात्यायनी समागम्य ततः पप्रच्छ सादरम् । वद कल्याणि मे कंचिदुपदेशं महोदयम्
kātyāyanī samāgamya tataḥ papraccha sādaram | vada kalyāṇi me kaṃcidupadeśaṃ mahodayam
แล้วพระนางกาตยายนีเข้าไปเฝ้าและทูลถามด้วยความเคารพว่า “ข้าแต่เทวีผู้เป็นมงคล โปรดประทานโอวาทสักประการที่นำไปสู่ความยกย่องอันยิ่งใหญ่แก่ข้าพเจ้า”
