ततस्तत्र पुरे जाता मर्यादा धर्मवर्द्धिनी । सर्वकृत्येषु सर्वेषां तथा वृद्धिः पुरस्य च
tatastatra pure jātā maryādā dharmavarddhinī | sarvakṛtyeṣu sarveṣāṃ tathā vṛddhiḥ purasya ca
ครั้นแล้วในนครนั้นได้บังเกิดระเบียบและขอบเขตอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์อันถูกต้อง ซึ่งเกื้อหนุนให้ธรรมะเจริญ ในกิจทั้งปวง ชนทั้งหลายล้วนรุ่งเรือง และนครนั้นเองก็เติบโตขึ้นด้วย
