सूत उवाच । स तेषां तद्वचः श्रुत्वा चौरः किंचिद्भयान्वितः । सत्यमेतन्न संदेहो यदेतैर्व्याहृतं वचः

sūta uvāca | sa teṣāṃ tadvacaḥ śrutvā cauraḥ kiṃcidbhayānvitaḥ | satyametanna saṃdeho yadetairvyāhṛtaṃ vacaḥ

สูตกล่าวว่า: ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำของท่านทั้งหลาย โจรก็หวาดหวั่นอยู่บ้าง “นี่เป็นความจริง—ไม่ต้องสงสัยเลย วาจาที่ฤๅษีเหล่านี้กล่าวนั้นถูกต้อง”
