ārtānāṃ yatra lokānāṃ doṣaiḥ pārthivasaṃbhavaiḥ | pataṃtyaśrūṇi bhūpṛṣṭhe tatra rājā sa doṣabhāk

ณ ที่ใด น้ำตาของผู้ทุกข์ร้อนหลั่งตกลงสู่พื้นพิภพ เพราะโทษที่เกิดจากพระราชา ณ ที่นั้นพระราชาย่อมเป็นผู้รับบาปนั้นเอง
