नूतनं ये प्रकृर्वंति इष्टकैरश्मनापि वा । स्वर्गे हि ते प्रमोदंते यावत्तिष्ठति निर्मलम् । यशो भूमौ द्विजश्रेष्ठा कार्या विचारणा
nūtanaṃ ye prakṛrvaṃti iṣṭakairaśmanāpi vā | svarge hi te pramodaṃte yāvattiṣṭhati nirmalam | yaśo bhūmau dvijaśreṣṭhā kāryā vicāraṇā
ผู้ใดสร้างขึ้นใหม่—ด้วยอิฐหรือแม้ด้วยศิลา—ผู้นั้นย่อมรื่นรมย์ในสวรรค์ตราบเท่าที่ศาสนสถานอันบริสุทธิ์นั้นยังดำรงอยู่ เกียรติยศของเขาย่อมตั้งมั่นบนแผ่นดิน; โอ้ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่ทวิชะ จงพิจารณาหน้าที่นี้เถิด
