तस्य राज्ञो न बाधंते तथा चोपद्रवास्त्वमी । निरीतिको जनो ह्यासीन्निरुपद्रव एव च

tasya rājño na bādhaṃte tathā copadravāstvamī | nirītiko jano hyāsīnnirupadrava eva ca

ความเดือดร้อนใดๆ มิได้ครอบงำพระราชานั้น และภัยพิบัติก็มิได้บังเกิด ประชาชนปลอดจากโรคระบาดและความหวาดกลัว ดำรงอยู่อย่างสงบไร้การรบกวน
