इत्युक्तो भक्षयित्वाग्नी रेत ईशस्य हव्यवाट् । यत्र देवाः स्थिताः सर्वे ब्रह्माद्याश्चैव सर्वशः

ityukto bhakṣayitvāgnī reta īśasya havyavāṭ | yatra devāḥ sthitāḥ sarve brahmādyāścaiva sarvaśaḥ

ครั้นถูกกล่าวดังนั้น พระอัคนีผู้เป็นหัวยวาหะ (ผู้หอบหิ้งบูชา) ก็กลืนเรตัสแห่งพระอีศะ แล้วไปยังสถานที่ซึ่งเหล่าเทพทั้งปวง ตั้งแต่พระพรหมเป็นต้น ประชุมพร้อมกันอยู่
