tvaṣṭrā kṛtaṃ vicitraṃ ca tatsarvaṃ madanātprabhoḥ | tadānīṃ śaṃkaro vākyamuvāca madhusūdanam

“ข้าแต่พระผู้เป็นเจ้า งานสร้างอันวิจิตรที่ทวษฏฤทำไว้นั้น ทั้งหมดเกิดขึ้นเพราะมทนะ” ครั้นแล้วพระศังกรจึงตรัสถ้อยคำแก่พระมธุสูทนะ (พระวิษณุ)
