ครั้นตรัสดังนี้แล้ว พระผู้เป็นเจ้า วฤษภธวชะ—พระศิวะผู้มีธงเป็นโค—ได้ปลุกเร้าและสั่งสอนเหล่าเทพ ทั้งหมู่ฤษีและมุนีทั้งหลายด้วยเช่นกัน
