Transliteration

yājñiko hyaparo loke kathyatāṃ ca mahāmune | tadovāca mahātejā nārado munisattamaḥ

Translation

“ในโลกกล่าวกันว่ายังมีผู้ประกอบยัญญะอีกผู้หนึ่งผู้ควรแก่ราชย์—ข้าแต่มหามุนี โปรดเล่าให้เราฟังเถิด” แล้วนารทมุนีผู้รุ่งเรืองยิ่ง ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่นักบวช ก็กล่าวขึ้น
