पंचवक्त्रो गणाध्यक्षो दशबाहुस्त्रिलोचनः । कांतस्फटिकसंकाशो नीलकंठो गजाननः

paṃcavaktro gaṇādhyakṣo daśabāhustrilocanaḥ | kāṃtasphaṭikasaṃkāśo nīlakaṃṭho gajānanaḥ

พระองค์มีห้าพระพักตร์ เป็นประธานแห่งหมู่คณะ (คณะเทพ); มีสิบพระกรและสามพระเนตร; รัศมีผ่องใสดุจผลึกแก้ว เป็นนีลกัณฐะ และเป็นคชานนะผู้มีพักตร์เป็นช้าง
