avicāryaiva prabhuṣu vakti so'rhati daṃḍanam | tasmādbhūbhāraharaṇe yuddhasyopakrame sati

ผู้ใดกล่าวต่อผู้เป็นใหญ่โดยไม่ไตร่ตรอง ผู้นั้นสมควรถูกลงโทษ ดังนั้น เมื่อการตระเตรียมศึกเพื่อปลดเปลื้องภาระแห่งแผ่นดินมาถึง—
