द्विप्रकारं महाकष्टं द्वयोरेतदुदाहृतम् । मानसेन हि दुःखैन शरीरमुपतप्यते

dviprakāraṃ mahākaṣṭaṃ dvayoretadudāhṛtam | mānasena hi duḥkhaina śarīramupatapyate

ความทุกข์ใหญ่ยิ่งนี้กล่าวว่าเป็นสองประการ เพราะด้วยทุกข์ใจนั้นเอง กายก็ถูกเผาผลาญและทรมานไปด้วย
