valīpalitakāyena śithilīkṛtavigrahaḥ | sarvakriyāsvaśaktaśca jarayājarjjarīkṛtaḥ

เมื่อกายมีริ้วรอยและผมหงอกเป็นเครื่องหมาย โครงร่างย่อมหย่อนยาน; อ่อนแรงในกิจทั้งปวง ถูกชราทำให้ทรุดโทรมสิ้นเชิง
