मनस्विनामपि मनोरागतां सृजते मधौ । तदोष्ठपल्लवाद्रागो जह्रे माकंदपल्लवैः
manasvināmapi manorāgatāṃ sṛjate madhau | tadoṣṭhapallavādrāgo jahre mākaṃdapallavaiḥ
แม้ผู้สำรวมใจ ฤดูใบไม้ผลิก็ยังก่อให้เกิดความใคร่ปรารถนาในดวงจิต แต่ความแดงดุจยอดอ่อนแห่งริมฝีปากนางกลับถูกยอดอ่อนมะม่วงอันละมุนประหนึ่งชิงเอาไปจนหม่นลง
