Transliteration

tayātha prārthitā gaurī garbhiṇyā bhaktitoṣitā | putraṃ dehi mahāmāye sākṣādviṣṇvaṃśasaṃbhavam

ครั้นนั้นสตรีผู้มีครรภ์ได้อธิษฐานต่อพระนางคาวรีด้วยภักติ เมื่อเทวีทรงพอพระทัยด้วยศรัทธานั้น จึงทูลวอนว่า “ข้าแต่มหามายา โปรดประทานบุตรแก่ข้าพเจ้า ผู้กำเนิดโดยตรงจากวงศ์แห่งพระวิษณุ”
