तिस्रोपि हि त्रिसंध्यं ताः सरितः कुंभपाणयः । स्नपयंति महाधाम लिंगं त्रैविष्टपं महत्

tisropi hi trisaṃdhyaṃ tāḥ saritaḥ kuṃbhapāṇayaḥ | snapayaṃti mahādhāma liṃgaṃ traiviṣṭapaṃ mahat

แท้จริงแล้ว แม่น้ำทั้งสาม—ถือหม้อกุมภะไว้ในมือ—กระทำอภิเษกสรงสนาน ณ สามสันธยา (รุ่งอรุณ เที่ยง วันย่ำค่ำ) แด่ตรีไวษฏปมหาลิงคะ ณ มหาธาม อันเป็นสัญลักษณ์อันยิ่งใหญ่ของพระศิวะและเป็นที่พำนักสูงสุด
