विभोरपि समाज्ञेयं धर्मवर्त्मानुसारिणि । न किंचिदपकर्तव्यं जानता केनचित्क्वचित

vibhorapi samājñeyaṃ dharmavartmānusāriṇi | na kiṃcidapakartavyaṃ jānatā kenacitkvacita

แม้ผู้ทรงอานุภาพก็ควรรู้สิ่งที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้ดำเนินตามหนทางแห่งธรรม เมื่อรู้ดังนี้แล้ว ผู้ใดก็ตาม ไม่ว่าแห่งหนใด ไม่ควรกระทำการเบียดเบียนแม้เพียงเล็กน้อย
