FAQs

A tīrtha becomes especially potent through divine grace and devotion; sincere immersion there can equal the merit of famed pilgrimages.

A Setu-region tīrtha later identified in this passage as Kapitīrtha, associated with the monkeys of Rāma’s bridge.

Snāna/immersion (nimajjana) in the tīrtha, yielding Gaṅgā-snāna phala.
