विशुद्धे चेतसि नृणां ध्यानं सिध्यत्युमापतेः । ध्यानेन सर्वं मलिनं मनोवाक्कायसंभृतम्

viśuddhe cetasi nṛṇāṃ dhyānaṃ sidhyatyumāpateḥ | dhyānena sarvaṃ malinaṃ manovākkāyasaṃbhṛtam

เมื่อจิตของมนุษย์บริสุทธิ์แล้ว การภาวนาถึงอุมาปติ (พระศิวะ ผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งอุมา) ย่อมสำเร็จ; ด้วยภาวนา มลทินทั้งปวงที่สั่งสมด้วยใจ วาจา และกาย ย่อมถูกขจัด
