उपास्य संध्यां विधिवत्प्रत्यागच्छत्तमोवृते । मार्गे दष्टो भुजंगेन ममार निजकर्मणा

upāsya saṃdhyāṃ vidhivatpratyāgacchattamovṛte | mārge daṣṭo bhujaṃgena mamāra nijakarmaṇā

ครั้นบูชาสันธยาตามพระวินัยแล้ว เขากลับมาเมื่อความมืดปกคลุม ระหว่างทางถูกงูกัดและถึงแก่ความตาย ด้วยผลแห่งกรรมของตนเอง
