तिसृणामपि रेखाणां प्रत्येकं नव देवताः । अकारो गार्हपत्यश्च ऋग्भूर्लोको रजस्तथा
tisṛṇāmapi rekhāṇāṃ pratyekaṃ nava devatāḥ | akāro gārhapatyaśca ṛgbhūrloko rajastathā
ในบรรดาเส้นทั้งสามนั้น แต่ละเส้นมีเทวะผู้กำกับอยู่เก้าพระองค์ เช่น พยางค์ ‘อะ’ (อการะ), ไฟคฤหปัตยะ, ฤคเวท, ภูรโลก และรชัสคือคุณแห่งความเคลื่อนไหว เป็นต้น
