इत्यूचे देवदेवेशः क्षणं ध्यात्वेन्दुना ततः । स्थापितं परमं लिङ्गं कामदं प्राणिनां भुवि । सर्वदुःखहरं तत्तु ब्रह्महत्याविनाशनम्

ityūce devadeveśaḥ kṣaṇaṃ dhyātvendunā tataḥ | sthāpitaṃ paramaṃ liṅgaṃ kāmadaṃ prāṇināṃ bhuvi | sarvaduḥkhaharaṃ tattu brahmahatyāvināśanam

ครั้นตรัสดังนี้แล้ว พระผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งเทพทั้งปวงทรงเพ่งฌานชั่วขณะ จากนั้นโดยอินทุ/โสม ทรงให้สถาปนาลึงค์อันสูงสุดลงบนแผ่นดิน—เป็นผู้ประทานความปรารถนาแก่สรรพชีวิต ขจัดทุกข์ทั้งปวง และทำลายแม้บาปพรหมหัตยาได้
